Communicable Disease
- Following IDPH guidelines, all re-portable diseases are investigated.

- Community education and surveillance provided
Lead Screening Program
Lead testing is provided on children ages 6 months through 13 years. Children with elevated blood levels are case managed by a Registered Nurse. Counseling, education, and referral services are offered.
School-Based Health Centers
Located in two high schools and one preschool, these clinics provide health care services and health education to students enrolled.
